Fantastic,

Only thing is the taskbar looks a little out of place in the blue version, color could be a little darker.

How do I install it?
I put it in themes folder, and then click on the mssstyles file, but when it brings up the display properties window, its not in the list.
Is this because I have windowblinds installed?
